Benjamin Branch

Benjamin Branch serves as a Senior Advisor at Tiger Hill Partners. With decades of federal policy and fundraising experience, Benjamin has cultivated relationships with Democratic leadership, staff and influential decision makers in Washington, D.C.

Previously he worked as the Vice President of Federal Government Affairs for the International Franchise Association, where he helped lead advocacy efforts for increasing minority franchise ownership. He also led bipartisan efforts urging the Federal Trade Commission to protect the franchise business model.

As the executive director of the Congressional Black Caucus Political Action Committee (CBCPAC), Benjamin successfully executed innovative fundraising strategies, led candidate recruitment, and bolstered the organization’s voter outreach programs during highly competitive election cycles.

He also served as Legislative Director and Senior Policy Advisor for Congressman Gregory Meeks where he advised on legislative and policy initiatives including telecommunications, transportation, appropriations and energy.

Benjamin is a graduate of Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science.
